A truly excellent vampire story

I would have to say out of all the vampire manga, yaoi or otherwise, Kyuuketsuki is a cut above the rest. The artwork is amazing, the plotline moving, and the interaction between the two main characters is believable. The romance is very gothic in nature and very elegant. For those of you however who get squeamish, there are some very violent and bloody sequences in the manga. The good thing, instead of detracting, it adds to the overall rich, dark, romantic theme of the book. Highly recommend and CANNOT wait for the sequel!
