First of all, you have to be a registered customer to place an order. To become a registered user, please go to Registration
Page and follow the instruction on the page. To check if you are a registered user or not, please go to the same page and enter your email address.
Simple Instruction to place an order
- Find the item you're searching.
- Add it to Shopping Cart
if you'd like to buy more, return to 1.
- Proceed to checkout
- Select shipping and payment method
- Submit your order
After placing an order and if your payment method is credit card via Kagi,
you have two options of payment and shipment. Otherwise if your payment
method is IPMO, your choice will be
3-1:Wait for confirmation of stock.
You will wait for our confirmation of stock. We will search your items in
our inventory and send you an email titled 'Thank you for the order...'
within 3 business days. This email will request you a payment for actual
available items in your order. After receiving the email, please send the
payment and we will ship your order.
* If you choose this option, you will be able to add items to this order
afterward (by the deadline)
If you have a current order and haven't sent the payment, you are able to
add item to the order.
1. Try to make an order and this web will ask if you'd like to add items
to your current order
2. Press "Combine the Items With This Order" button
*Don't press this button if you already paid for the order.
3. Proceed to submit
*You have to use the same email address
*You can add items by the deadline of your current order.
(Orders paid by IPMO can be add items for 5 days)
*The deadline of the order won't be extended even if you add items.
You will pay soon after placing an order and we will ship it immediately
as possible. However be sure that it is possible that items you ordered are
out of stock actually. In this case, we will ship the available items and
give you a coupon for the unavailables.
*Coupons can be used on your next order from us. However
they can't be cashed or converted to anything.
If you don't agree this policy of unavailable items, please
never choose this option.
When you decide us to ship your order, please send the payment by the
method you choose. There is the deadline of you payment, if the deadline comes, your order
will be
canceled with NO EXCEPTIONS and we may restrict your ability to
place orders or reject to accept your future
orders.
*Payment should be by credit card via Kagi.com or
international postal money order(IPMO)

We will ship your order soon after your payment is confirmed. Usually within
48 hours except Sundays or national holidays of Japan.

You are not able to cancel any whole or partial orders. This means you are
not able to remove or replace any items
after placing an order. We will reject this kind of request.
Also each order has its deadline to pay. When
the deadline comes, your order will be canceled with no exceptions. The deadline is 14 days after the first item
placed.
Once an order is canceled, we may restrict your ability to
place orders or reject to accept your future
orders.
